Limited animation is a type of animation which repeats the same clips thoughout the video.Limited animation is where there is hardly any movement in the animation exept for movement of the mouth and the head but its not just parts ogf the charecter they keep the same its also parts of the background.Like in many of Hanna and Barbera cartoons the technique is used in Scooby Doo (the original series), Yogi Bear, The Flint stones and Top Cat. Disney and Hanna Barbera used the Technique at the same time because using the same clips was alot cheaper.

“Vincent” is a stop motion/ claymation directed by Tim Burton. Tim Burton has also directed many other popular animation and films like Nightmare before Christmas, Corpse Bride and Alice in Wonderland. This animation has been inspired on Dr. Seuss on how the animation has been set out.
Vincent is about a young boy who want to be like the famous actor Vincent Price because hes a famous horror actor and vincent thinks hes cool. Its almost like young Vicent is possesed by Vincent Price and he has all of these disturbing images of like his auntie being dunked in to hot wax and turning his pet dog into some sort of horrible monster that kills people in the night. When he trys to tell his mother hes possessed by Vincent Price she doesn't believe him then he is convinced he is dead.
Vincent Price himself, his voice gives the animation a spooky atmostphere and gives it that little bit more. Overall the 5min 52sec film cost $60,000, Tim Burton sent it on to Disney, they loved it but they didn't know what to do with it.
